After a 15 year career in marketing, communications, and management, Franklin Hayes founded the Halyard Agency based on client demand. Hayes’ professional background includes experience in marketing automation, journalism, tech startups, CRM platforms, and managing creative contributors.
Before starting his own business, Hayes built the marketing department for ProctorU. The company that he helped shape was acquired for more than $500 million in 2020 after nearly 10 years of explosive growth. His tenure gave him hands-on experience in government relations, public relations, sales optimization, social media, formal bids, cultivating company culture, brand rollouts, and much more.
